Friday, September 22 was a busy, active day. Attendance was strong and there was a good amount of produce. We’re definitely seeing a decrease in tomatoes so, if you’re still needing some, this next week of sales will be your best chance. We saw a significant uptick in peaches and apples for sale, as well as more watermelon and even some cantaloupe. I expect the melon and tomato crops to be winding down by the end of this next week. We’ll continue to have pumpkins, gourds, squash and other autumn crops available into October. Our next sale is Tuesday, September 26 at 10 am.
