Friday, May 24, started out cloudy and cool, but quickly warmed up as the sun came up. The flower selection was beautiful. I’m told this was our last large sale of flowers, however there will still be hanging baskets and flats of flowers available at Tuesday’s sale. We’re expecting at least 50 hanging baskets and 25 flats of flowers. We saw a definite uptick in quantities of strawberries today at 70 quarts and we’re expected to have over 120 quarts at Tuesday’s sale. The turnout today was solid and prices were strong. Our next sale will be Tuesday, May 28, starting at 10 am.
