Monday, July 17 was a rainy, somewhat cooler day. Our sale started at 4pm, after the rain had moved on for the day. We had an upbeat, fun crowd for the sale and some really nice produce. We saw our first of the season Black Jack Watermelons and I’m told they’ll really be coming in strong by the end of this week. Sugar cubes and Athena cantaloupe are increasing in number quite rapidly, as well. Our next sale is Wednesday, July 19 at 10 am.
